Please Note:

1. You should wait online after placing the order. If it is our mistake that results in a delay, we compensate you an amount of wow gold. However, if you go offline after placing the order and we can't contact you to deliver your gold, thus it is not our responsibility and we may not compensate you:
1).If we deliver your gold after 30 minutes and within 3 hours, we compensate you 2% of your total order quantity;
2). 3 -12 hours, we compensate 5%;
3). 12 - 24 hours, we compensate 50%;
4). After 24 hours, we compensate 100%.

2.If we couldn't deliver your gold within 30 minutes, you have to contact our Live Chat first. Only after we confirm that it is really our fault can we compensate you. We feel sorry if we couldn't compensate you since you didn't contact us first.

3.After we have done an agreement, if we haven't delivered your gold by the time when you come to contact us, we compensate you according to the longest time you have been waiting. For example, if you order 1000g and we couldn't deliver your gold
within 3 hours, we compensate you 2% =>20g;
After 12 hours, it is 50% =>500g;
After 24 hours, it is 100% =>1000g;
Finally the total amount of wow gold you can get is 2000g.

4. If the first time when you contact us to ask for your compensation and we have gold in stock, of course we can deliver it as soon as possible. However, if you are offline and come to contact us again after a long time, we can only compensate you according to the compensation standard of the first time you contact us. For example, if you order 1000g and we can't deliver your gold within 3 hours, we compensate you 2% =>20g; and after 24 hours if you still don't contact us but we can deliver your order, we still compensate 2% not 100%. So finally the total amount of wow gold you can get is 1020g, not 2000g.
